A tamale Second Sunday at the Big House

Our youth staff and students ran this neighborhood feast entirely on their own today!  Tamales, fruit, veggies, potato salad, green salad and salsa verde for all the neighbors at the Big House/Nuevo South.  HUGE thanks to Andres Chopin and his mother for prepping ALL these tamales for us to devour!

The exciting faces of the participants at the “CORNER MARKET” were neglected, and deprived of their bounties. WHY???

Hi Ellery! Mostly it’s an issue with WordPress’ recently changed photo posting options. They took away their photo gallery tool which allowed us to easily tag/caption all the photos. You are SO right that everyone will ideally end up identified in our posts. We are deciding if we will shift to another blog host at the moment. We try to be more diligent about this on our FB page and invite all the youth to come and tag themselves if they wish, too!
